Airbnb success

2018 has been a good year for us.

So, we bit the bullet and invested in our second studio at the end of 2017 and took our first booking for the new studio in early February.

Our two studios are located in the heart of Quimper, we have worked hard to make them a success. 128 guests have passed through our two studios and we have had people stay for a total of 233 nights.

Our guest come from all over the world to visit the historic town of Quimper or for work and we are pleased to host their stays with us.

When we take into account the number of nights that were available for our guests to stay, that gives us an average occupancy rate of 72%. I think that we can be pleased with our achievements. And we still have December ahead of us.

I am happy to say that our guest reviews speak for themselves.

We are looking forward to 2019 and to having the pleasure of welcoming guests from all over the world.
